Crock Pot Peach Cobbler Recipe
Crock pot cooking is a quick and easy cooking method that allows you to toss your ingredients into the crock pot, put the lid on, turn on low and away you go!!! This crock pot peach pie is going to be a hit. You could also make it with apricots, apples or plums. When making the peach version, it is easiest if you blanch your peaches first so they peel easier. To blanch the fruit, just place the peaches into a large heat proof bowl and pour boiling water over top. Let them sit for a minute or two and the skin will easily slip off. Be careful when removing each peach to peel it as the water is very hot! Once you remove the peel, slice the peaches into thin pieces. - 3/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced*
